The RF Ministry of Finance buys "Yamal LNG" shares for $ 1.2 billion.

The RF Ministry of Finance signed an agreement to purchase shares of the "Yamal LNG" project. The deal amounted to 1,207 billion dollars.
"Yamal LNG" has already issued two series of bonds, each of which is estimated at $ 2.3 billion. The term of securities placement is 15 years.
