State and Privat wants to create large complex on the basis of Ukrnafta and Ukrtatneft

The State may conclude a mutually beneficial deal with Privat group to create the largest vertically integrated oil complex on the basis of the country's largest oil producing company Ukrnafta and oil processing Ukrtatnafta (Kremenchug refinery), said the head of the Ministry of Energy Vladimir Demchishin.
