Surgutneftegaz to hold meeting of shareholders on June 27, 2015

On April 18, 2015, the Surgutneftegaz’s Board of Directors decided to hold a meeting of shareholders on June 27, 2015. The meeting will be held in Surgut.
The agenda of the meeting includes approval of the annual report of the company, annual financial statements, distribution of profit for 2014, including payment of dividends, approval of the amount, form, terms and procedure of payment of dividends on shares of each category.
