The Board of Directors of Surgutneftegas has extended the power of V. Bogdanov for 5 years, the company reports.
Due to the expiration of powers of the CEO it was decided to appoint once again V. Bogdanov for this position from May 7th 2016.
In conformity with the rules and regulations of the company, the CEO is appointed by the Board of Directors for 5 years. By the expiration of this period the CEO can be appointed by the Board for the same period unlimited number of times.
