In January-February, Belarus increased oil imports by 2.9%

In January-February, Belarus increased imports of crude oil by 2.9% to 3.8 million tons as compared with the same period of 2015. These data are available on the website of the National Statistics Committee.

In January-February, it bought oil for $559.8 million. This corresponds to 67% of the cost, paid by Belarus for imported crude oil in January-February 2015. The average price per 1 ton of oil was $146.8, in January-February of 2015 - $225.6.
