Russia can produce up to 400 tons of gold per year by 2030

Russia can reach 400 tons of annual gold production by 2030 (+38% against 2015), according to the report by the experts of the federal state unitary enterprise “Central Geological Research Institute for Non ferrous and Precious Metals” and JSC “ROSGEO”.

“Recorded reserves (about 13.000 tons) and a located resource potential (over 40.000 tones) of gold consider constant and significant increase of production in the long term, which can be implemented within the metallogenic provinces in the Siberian and Far Eastern federal districts,” is noted in the report.
