Transneft ready to meet the norm of dividend payment for 2015

The Government has ordered that the dividends of the state companies should be not less than: 50% of the net profit under RAS, 50% of the net profit under IAS.

Transneft will not ask the Government to be excluded from the norm of dividend payment for 2015 at the level of at least 50% of the net profit, the head of Transneft, N. Tokarev, said.

The order on the dividends -2015 of the state companies was published on the Government website on Tuesday. The document presupposes that the dividends should be not less than the larger of 2 results: 50% of the net profit under RAS (income and expenditure from the reassessment of circulating in the market papers of affiliates are not taken into account), 50% of the net profit under IAS. For natural monopolies there is a third criterion – 50% of the net profit taken into account by FAS at the approval of the respective tariff.

The order doesn’t presuppose any exceptions, however, the Ministry of Energy said that oil and gas state companies might ask to have exclusions from this norm. Kommersant wrote that Rosneftegas had already been allowed to have an exception – the company’s dividends-2015 will make up 25% of the profit under RAS.
