Russia and Uzbekistan complete talks on intergovernmental agreement on oil supplies

Russia and Uzbekistan have entered the final stage of negotiations to conclude an intergovernmental agreement on oil supplies. This was announced by the Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak.
