LNG terminal costing 15 billion rubles will be built in Vysotsk port

The enterprise for LNG production and reloading with capacity of 660,000 tons will be built in the port of Vysotsk in the Leningrad region. Investment to the project will be 15 billion rubles.

Gazprombank JSC and the Finnish Gasum Oy will built in the port of Vysotsk in the Leningrad region an LNG terminal with capacity of 660,000 tons. Investment to the project will be 15 billion roubles. The terminal will be built in 2015-2017, a source of ITAR-TASS reports. They told before about the plans to realize in the Leningrad region the project of Baltic LNG presupposing construction of an LNG plant with annual capacity of up to 10 million tons. LNG will be transported from the terminal to Spain, Portugal, Great Britain, Latin America and India.
