Bashneft’s Board to discuss dividends-2015 on May 26th

​On May 26th the Board of Directors of Bashneft will discuss the volume of dividends to be paid to the shareholders on the results of 2015.

This issue is in the agenda. Moreover, recommendations to the general meeting of shareholders of Bashneft on profit distribution for 2015 will be considered.

The chairman of the Board, A. Texler, said that the company is ready to pay dividends at the level of 50% of profit under IAS if there is a Government order. Meanwhile the company plans to pay 20 bln roubles of dividends but the issue of the growth of dividends to 50% of payment under IAS is being discussed. The net profit of Bashneft under IAS rose by 34.8% to 58.2 bln roubles in 2015.

Rosimuschestvo holds 50% plus one share of Bashneft, Bashkiria – 25% plus one share.
