SOCAR has no plans to build a refinery in Georgia¸general director of SOCAR Energy Georgia Mahir Mammadov reports.
According to him, there is no agreement with the Georgian Government on the issue. "At least, at this stage SOCAR has no plans to build a refinery in Georgia," - Mammadov said.
