The construction of an underwater part of the South Stream to start in Q2, 2014

Gazprom is about to start the construction of an underwater part of the gas pipeline “South Stream” in the second quarter of 2014. The head of Gazprom has also confirmed the plans on a conclusion of a contract on gas supply to China via the “Eastern route” before the end of 2013.
