Owners of 10.4 billion of Rosneft’s shares register themselves at annual meeting of shareholders

Owners of 10.351 billion of Rosneft’s shares have registered themselves for the participation at the annual meeting of shareholders, the Chairman of the counting board reported.
Owners of billion of voting shares were registered. As the Chairman of the counting board noted, not the meeting of shareholders is authorized to start its work, because more than 50% of shares owners were registered.
