Izhora plants have shipped oil processing equipment for the Omsk oil refinery

​The Izhora plants (in the structure of United Car Manufacturing Plants, OMZ) have completed the production and shipped the oil processing equipment to the client – Gazprom Neft- Omsk oil refinery plant.

In the framework of the contract the enterprise produced 6 high pressure reservoirs: 4 reactors of the 1st and 2nd levels for oil processing and 2 hot separators of high pressure. The total weight of the equipment is more than 1,400 tons. the reactors of the first and second levels are produced out of chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel mark sA-336M F22V with ant-corrosion plating of the inner surface.

The equipment is meant for the new complex of deep oil processing which is planned to be constructed at the Omsk oil refinery plant in 2020. After its putting into operation, the volume of Euro-5 class motor fuel production will increase and the depth of processing oil products will rise.

The designer of the basis project is the license holder Chevron Lummus Global.
