Inter RAO UES has partially transferred credit of 82.099 billion roubles to its branch Inter RAO Capital
Inter RAO UES has partially transferred a credit of 82.099 billion roubles to its branch Inter RAO Capital. The subsidiary received tranches of 45 billion roubles, 36.75 billion roubles and 0.349 billion roubles. Under the agreement closed by the companies Inter RAO UES was going to grant a credit of 90 billion roubles to Inter RAO Capital. The loan has no interest rate, and its tranches are granted up to January 1st 2013. The funds are necessary for the authorized activity financing.
In the middle of May 2011 Inter RAO UES completed placement by open subscription of 49.44% of the additional stocks issue. They placed 6,822,972,629,771 stocks of 13.8 trillion stocks by 5.35 roubles per stock with face value of 0.02809767 roubles. So, the total sum of placement was 365 billion roubles. The majority shareholders have become its branch Inter RAO Capital (30%), FSC UES Group (19.95%), the Federal Agency for State Property Management (14.8%), Rosatom (13.4%), VEB (5.4%) and RusHydro (5.3%).
