Rosneft to receive 30% of helicopter manufacturer joint venture Helivert

Rosneft will receive a share of 30% in Helivert – a parity joint venture of the holding company Helicopters of Russia and AgustaWestland (a subsidiary of Rostec and Finmeccanica), Rosneft reports.
