The goal of the visit of the Prince of Saudi Arabia to Russia to the Saint-Petersburg economic forum is still not clear.
Why did he come to Russia? Maybe Saudi Arabia decided to reject the USA? Or the Government of Saudi Arabia simultaneously plays against Russia and the USA?

Why has Saudi Arabia decided to invest $10 bln into the agriculture and infrastructure in Russia? The agreement on the construction of 16 nuclear power plants in Saudi Arabia has raised even more questions as the value of this deal might exceed $100 bln.
