FAS permitted JV of “Gazpromneft” and SIBUR to buy 50% of “Poliom”

The Federal Anti-monopoly Service (FAS) approved the request of CJSC “Sibgazpolymer” (St. Petersburg) on an acquisition of 50% in the registered capital of Omsk Polypropylene Plant Company “Poliom” Ltd., the department stated.
