D. Medvedev signed a regulation on introduction of changes in oil transportation rules

D. Medvedev has signed a regulation on the introduction of changes into the rules of providing the non-discriminaroty access to the services of natural monopolies on oil (oil products) transportation by the route pipelines.

“For applicants – participants of stock exchange trades there is no necessity to submit (aiming for the signing of the agreement for providing of services on oil (oil products) transportation by route pipelines) the statement from the registry of the oil refinery plants of Russia, statement from the registry of entrepreneurs producing oil, notarized copies of licenses for the right to use the subsoil”, is said in the explanatory note to the document.
