KamAZ and Palfinger to found 2 JVs

The CEO of KamAZ , S. Kogogin, and chairman of Palfinger (Austria), G. Ortner, signed 2 agreements on the foundation of 2 JVs.
The first agreement concerns the foundation of the hydraulic and telescopic cylinders production which will supply goods for the needs of KamAZ and Russian enterprises of Palfinger as well as for the third parties in the markets of Russia and the CIS. The production volume is supposed to exceed 80 thousand hydraulic cylinders a year, the planned revenue is 1.5 bln roubles. The stake of Palfinger in the capital of the JV will be 51%, it will be located in Neftekamsk (Bashkortostan).
