South Stream Bulgaria suspends the transaction as prescribed by the European Commission.

South Stream Bulgaria has stopped the execution of orders and contracts for the construction of the South Stream main gas pipeline in Bulgaria under the instruction of the European Commission.
Currently the company carries out the preparatory work for the implementation of the project in compliance with the national and European legislation.
During the construction of the main gas pipeline the company adheres to the principle of transparency and accountability in order to comply with the EU standards.
Lets recall that on August 19th, 2014 the capital of the South Stream Bulgaria has been increased to 200 million euros.
