Gas extraction fell by 7% in Russia in Jan-July

​Gas extraction in Russia in Jan-July 2015 fell by 7%. In July 2015, 38.2 bln cubic m  of gas were extracted, this is by 2.5% more than in July 2014.

According to Rosstat, in H1 2015, 272 bln cubic m of gas were extracted in Russia. In Jan-July 2015 gas extraction amounted to 310.2 bln cubic m in absolute terms.

In July 2015 the oil and gas extraction enterprises of Russia produced 6.8 bln cubic m of APG, that makes up 102.5% against July 2014.

In total, according to Rosstat, in Jan-July 2015, 45.7 bln cubic m of APG were produced in Russia, that is by 9% more than in Jan-July 2014.
