Novatek continues to increase its production

Novatek, which is the largest private producer of natural gas in Russia, has reported its financial results under IAS in the first six months of 2015.

In the reporting period, the company showed good performances. So, in the first six months of 2015, Novatek managed to increase its natural gas production by 7.8%, to 33 billion cubic meters and liquid hydrocarbons - by 52.8% to 4.2 million tons.

At the same time, the volume of de-ethanized gas condensate processing at Purovsky plant amounted to 5.4 million tons, showed an impressive growth by 92.6% as compared with the first six months of 2014.

As of end of the reporting period, the average daily volume of the Novatek’s processing made up 35 thousand tons, which is almost 2.5 times more than in 2014. A similar trend was noted and in stable gas condensate, the volume of the processing of which in the first six months increased by 68.5% to 3.44 million tons.
