E.On has agreed for gas purchase in Azerbaijan

E.On has agreed for purchase of 40 billion cubic m of gas in Azerbaijan within 25 years; gas supplies will start not earlier than 2019. The chief of the company C. Delbruck says that the contract will provide Europe with gas within several dozens of years ahead under the terms meeting the state of affairs at the European markets.

Besides from that, gas will be supplied to Europe from a Caspian deposit via TAP pipeline that is a serious damage to Nabucco project supported by the EU.
