The court to consider the claim of "Rosneft" on access the "Sakhalin-2" gas pipeline.

On Monday The Arbitration Court of the Sakhalin region appointed the main hearing of the case of "Rosneft" to the operator of "Sakhalin-2", the Sakhalin Energy (50% plus one share owned by "Gazprom"), for the access to the gas pipeline belonging to the project on November 20, according to the materials posted on the arbitration site. The details of the preliminary hearing, which ended on Monday, are not yet known.
LNG plant in the framework of the "Sakhalin-2" project is currently the only one in Russia. "Gazprom" wants to expand it.
