The Russian Government elaborates the full prohibition of state companies on the purchase of imported cars, metal commodities and heavy machine building products via the mechanisms of the directive changing of the corporative procurement policies.
Whereas the machine builders are not ready to supply the technical devices able to compete with the western analogues, the Russian metallurgy is ready to fully provide the state companies with domestic rolled steel.
The interviewed companies of the sector regard logical the granting of the preferences to the domestic producers, and state the positive effect from restriction of cheap steel export from other states for the Russian plants.
