Azerbaijan decides not to take part in expert meeting of OPEC

Issues, which will be discussed at a technical meeting of experts from the OPEC and countries outside the cartel, are not of great importance for Azerbaijan. This was stated by the Azerbaijani Minister of Energy Natig Aliyev on Tuesday.
