Rosneft to sell 9% of its share in Italian company Saras

The Luxembourg subsidiary of Rosneft Rosneft JV Projects SA intends to sell up to 85.482 million ordinary shares of the Italian provider of Saras SpA on the market, this is around 9% of the total share capital of the company. Sources referred to the information from the press centre of Rosneft.
