Total is going to sell 15% stake in the Gina Krog oil and gas field in Norway to Tellus Petroleum. The transaction price is more than $173 million.
The companies have already signed an agreement on the deal.
Tellus Petroleum is subsidiary of Sequa Petroleum NV
The transaction requires the approval of the Norwegian authorities.
