Almalyk mining and metallurgic plant to increase its authorized capital by a third to $115.2 million

Uzbek Almalyk mining and metallurgic plant (AGMK) will increase its authorized capital 1.3 times to 252.3 billion sums ($115.2 million) on account of growth of par value, the enterprise reported on Tuesday.

According to decision of the extraordinary meeting of the enterprise’s shareholders on October 30, the increase of the capital will be conducted on account of transfer of undistributed profit over the recent years in the amount of 54.1 billion sums ($24.7 million) for the growth of par value. According to the shareholders’ decision, the value of each share was increased from 2214 sums ($1.01) to 2812 sums ($1.29).
