In December 2014, the Ukraine plans to sign an operating agreement with Chevron on the production of shale gas on the west of the Ukraine. The head of the State Service of Geology and Subsurface resources of the Ukraine, D.Kashuk said at the briefing in Kiev, reporter of RBK-Ukraine states.
“On November 17th the Government stated officially that the terms and conditions on their part have been fulfilled. This fact shows that the Ukraine has become a reliable partner for investors. We expect the investors to sign an operating agreement during the next 30 days,” Kashuk said.
The head of the Board of Management of NAK “Nadra Ukrainy” Y.Klimovich said that the Ukraine was ready to start the carrying out of the contract.
