Gas production at Shah Deniz has been 55.2 billion cubic m

In January – September, gas production at Shah Deniz in the Azeri sector of the Caspian Sea was 7.25 billion cubic m, BP-Azerbaijan reports. Gas condensate yield was 1.72 million tons or 13.8 million barrels within the period.

Average daily production was 26.6  million cubic m of gas and 50,450 barrels of gas condensate.

Since the launch of the deposit in the end of 2006 and as of October 1 2014, the field produced 55.2 billion cubic m of gas, and 14.2 million tons or 113.3 million barrels of gas condensate.
