A new gas processing plant in Azerbaijan to be put into operation in 2020

The gas processing and oil chemicals plant in Azerbaijan in the framework of foundation of a new complex of oil and gas processing and output of oil chemicals products (OGPC) will be put into operation in early and late 2020 respectively.
The head of the OGPC for the issues of organization and control, O. Dhafarov, said on Thursday at the conference “Baku oil and gas week”.
According to him, the raw materials for the gas processing plant will be the gas from the Azeri-Chirag-Gyuneshli deposits, Umid and others which are developed by SOCAR by itself.
