The RF Ministry of Energy bypasses the RF Ministry of Finance through KhMAD to change the taxation of the oil producers.
The RF Ministry of Energy and the oil producers are seeking new ways to deal with the RF Ministry of Finance to change the taxation sector. This time they are trying to hold the desired bill through the authorities of the largest oil-producing region - KhMAD. Yesterday its parliament decided to advance a document, developed the RF Ministry of Energy, that the Ministry itself can not yet agree with the government, into the State Duma. But the region is asking the federal center to give 20% of the new tax on mining - a requirement that analysts believe initially unacceptable to the RF Ministry of Finance.
