A unit of Yekaterinburg oil refinery plant “Uralneftservice” can extract oil at the depth of 5-6 km

The equipment is similar to its foreign analogues.

The scientific and production complex Uralneftservice (Yekaterinburg) has worked out a unique unit allowing to extract oil at the depth of 5-6 km while regular oil pumping units work at the depth of up to 2 km.

85 bln tons of oil were extracted from the subsoil for the entire history, the Vice-President of “Mayak” corporation, S. Blokhin, said. However, there are another 90 bln tons of oil at the large depths and they can be extracted with the help of our invention.

The hydraulic drive of the deep-well oil pump exceeds the mechanic oil pumping units, chain and linear drives, hydraulic drives of beam pumping units with air counterbalancing. The produced at the enterprise equipment is of similar quality as its foreign analogues of oil and gas equipment.

The hydraulic drive is meant for putting into motion of one or a few deep well pumps at oil extraction from the wells equipped by the wellhead equipment as well as for dewatering of deep flowing wells.

The hydraulic drive of the deep-well oil pump GERON allows to monitor and control the technological process online with minimal participation of personnel and equipment.
