The EC has allowed to CNPC to buy 20% in Yamal LNG from Novatek. The EC has decided that the transaction won’t be the object of antimonopoly threats, especially at the background of the limited intercrossing of the interests of its participants at the markets. The transaction was discussed in a summary procedure.
