Transneft has valued expenses to oil pipeline repairs by 180 billion rubles within 5 years, to avoid forwarding of dynamics in wearing of the pipeline in comparison to dynamics in the pipeline renewal, the President of the company N. Tokarev claims. The capital repairs program presupposes replacement of 8,000 km of pipelines within the period. 5 years ago, the need in repairs financing was 52 billion rubles.
