On April 14th, Russneft shareholders will elect the new Board of Directors and will prematurely cease the authority of the former composition of the Board. The list of the persons liable to participate in the session will be compiled by January 25th.
In 2013, AFK Systema sold to the structures close to the President of Russneft, M. Gutseriyev its 49% in the company. Mr. Gutseriyev also bought out from Sberbank 2% in Russneft having consolidated 100% in the company. They work in the active Board M. Gutseriyev, S.-S. Gutseriyev, A. Biard, O. Gordeyev, Y. Dubrovsky, M. Kalyuzhny, D. Romanov, M. Shishkhanov, and V. Tscherbak.
