LUKOIL continues the construction of the second catalytic cracking unit at Nizhny Novgorod oil refinery

There was delivered the column equipment to the oil refinery “LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez” for the construction of the second complex of catalytic cracking. In particular, there arrived the main fractioning column, the absorbers and the steaming section.
The construction of the second catalytic cracking unit started in 2012, the press-service of LUKOL states. Its launch is planned in 2015. The complex includes an integrated unit of catalytic cracking, naphtha hydrotreater, hydrogen fluoride alkylation units and the complexes on collection, storage and shipment of liquid hydrocarbon gases.
