Rosneft to reform its Ukrainian business

The Ukrainian business of Rosneft will be reformed in the near future, a source, who is familiar with the situation, reported to the OilNews.

According to him, all directions of the work will be united within a single company, while the activity was separated up among three key companies since 2008: TNK Industries Ukraine (large and small wholesale, chief is Gennady Ladyzhensky), Vostok (retail network, chief is Alexander Savochkin) and TNK-Ukraine (public relations, Vladimir Zhmak). It is unknown who will head the united structure in the Ukraine.

“It’s most likely, Linik will be out of the united structure and will submit directly to Moscow,” – the OilNews’ source thinks.
