Cypriot investors of Ukrnafta demands for $5 billion from the Ukraine

The companies Littop Enterprises Limited, Dridgemont Ventures Limited and BordoManagement Limited, registered in an offshore zone of Cyprus, argue that they own a part of Ukrnafta’s shares and intend to demand for $5 billion from the Ukraine in response to the attempts of the Ukrainian Parliament to take control over the management and distribution of the profits of the company.

On December 31st, 2014, three Cypriot investors of Ukrnafta sent a written notice to the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of the Ukraine Volodymyr Demchishin on their intention to settle, according to them, a long-term dispute between them, "investors", and the Ukraine and all its state structures".
