In 2015, Samaraneftegaz, a subsidiary of Rosneft, produced more than 11.8 million tons of oil and 697 million cubic meters of gas. This is by 600 thousand tons (5.4%) and 40 million cubic meters (6%) respectively more than in 2014.
"Samaraneftegaz continues to steadily increase the production of hydrocarbons, despite the fact that many fields in the Samara region are in the late stage of the development. The positive dynamics of the main indicators in 2015 was secured due to the increase in the production drilling and fulfillment of about 1.2 thousand geotechnical operations,"- Rosneft reports.
