Bugulma mechanic plant to construct tube and shell heat exchangers for Taneco-2

​They are meant for cooling of kerosene fraction and simultaneous oil heating.

The Bugulma mechanic plant has started the production of tube and shell heat exchangers for the being constructed at Taneco oil refinery plant unit of primary oil processing ELOU-ABT-6. They are meant for cooling of kerosene fraction and simultaneous oil heating.

A heat exchanger is able to bear not only nominal loading but also the pressure of 20 mPa.

The company’s own materials and labor force are used at the production of the equipment. The client’s requirement of a further maintenance of the heat exchanger is taken into account. For that purpose special turning mechanisms are designed on the corpus of the unit – with the help of which it is possible to open the heat exchanger and hold planned works without the cargo lifting or other equipment.

The doubled design of the new equipment weights about 54 tons and will be shipped to Nizhnekamsk separately.
