"Mechel" had paid all arrears on interest payments to VTB, the head of bank Andrey Kostin stated in an interview to "Interfax".
"We have established a reserve, but on the other hand, the terms of the restructuring, which we have agreed upon with "Mechel" last year, will be carried out.
