FAS permits Bashneft to acquire OOO “Promenergoresource”

The Federal Anti-Monopoly Service of the Russian Federation approved the request of Bashneft on an acquisition of 100% of “Promenergoresource” LLC, which owns petrol stations in the Chelyabinsk region. It is located in Magnitogorsk. The core business is retail trading of motor fuel, Prime reports.
