Negotiations between Naftogaz Ukrainy and Gazprom, scheduled for March 20th-21st, were frustrated at the last moment.
“The delegation of Naftogaz Ukrainy was ready to fly, but head of Naftogaz Ukrainy wasn’t permitted to leave the country at the last moment,” – interlocutor of the agency reported.
