Novatek has filed 2 separate applications or auction for Nyakhartinsky oil and gas subsoil site

Rosneft, Gazprom Neft, Gazprom Neft-Angara, Novatek and its affiliate – Arctic LNG have filed applications for the participations in the auction by the Nyakhartinsky oil and gas federal subsoil site in the Yamal Nenets Autonomous Area.
The auction promises to be tough – a few companies intend for the site which have a serious interest in the site.
The start-up payment is 293.6 mln roubles.
On March 18th 2016 was the deadline the companies were to made the advance payments for participation.
The subsoil site is located in the Yamal Nenets Autonomous Area and partially in the Taz Bay at the shelf of the Kara Sea.
