Russian Gazprom and Chinese CNPC discuss Russian gas supplies to China

On March 18, 2016, deputy chairman of Gazprom Vladimir Markelov met with vice-president of CNPC V. Dongjin in Beijing.
The meeting of the parties was held in the framework of the visit the Gazprom delegation in China and Vietnam.
According to Gazprom, during the working meeting the parties discussed the progress of the project to supply Russian gas to China via the eastern route. Also V. Markelov and V. Dongjin discussed the construction of the Power of Siberia main gas pipeline.
