Novak thinks prices to rise to $300 per barrel when the West refuses oil from Russia

Oil prices in the world will jump to $300 per barrel if the West refuses Russian oil, and some see the possibility of rising up to $500, said Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.
