Exhausted deposits will be liquidated under the guarantees

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology is going to bring into the Government the law project about foundation of the liquidation fund for removal of the aftereffect of natural resources extraction. The Minister S. Donskoy says that the project has been coordinated with the Ministry of Finances whereas it provoked protest in the business sphere before. They also brought to the document the amendments under the results of consulting with the business. In particular, the companies will be able to provide bank guarantees instead of cash funds for liquidation of harm to ecology.
